Many Hyundai car has immobiliser chip in its key. These are either ID 46 or ID 60 chips. If your key is broken, worn-out or damaged then you can extract the sensor from your existing key to use in new key. You can also use this process to extract existing chip to use in a new Flip Key.

You can apply this procedure on Hyundai Santro, Atos, I-10, I10 Grand, EON, I20, Accent, Verna, Elantra, Sonnata, Tucson and Santa FE.

Note: Immobiliser chip is highly prone to damage. Even a minor scratch on chip can render it  useless. Take it out carefully as damaged chip will not work and you will not be able to start your car with it.
